lake skinner

lake skinner rules of conduct:

1. no booze on the lake (there was more booze than people)
2. 10 people max on boat (we had 13)
3. required fishing permit (about half of us got one)
4. no fishing on the dock (we had poles in the water right away)
5. no swimming (we were at a fucking lake)
6. no beaching the boat (we parked in the first cove we found and hiked up the hills)
7. no tying off to boundary bouey (almost severed the line with our prop as we drifted out of bounds)
